Charlie Beck

Charles " Charlie" Lloyd Beck ( * June 27, 1953 in Long Beach ) is an American police officer and current Chief of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department ( LAPD ) with over thirty years of professional experience. He is known for leading the so-called Rampart Division, based upon the scandal of the late 1990s.
