Charlotte Mary Yonge

Charlotte Mary Yonge ( born August 11, 1823 in Otterbourne in Hampshire, † May 24, 1901 ibid ), was an English novelist of the Victorian era.

She received her education through their parents and spent her entire life in their hometown. 1841 began with the publication of her first works, which are mostly dominated by a Christian attitude and often have educational character. She was an extraordinarily productive writer and wrote over 200 works that have been recorded by a large readership. For this purpose, it was over 40 years editor of a magazine for young girls.
