Charlotte Riley

Charlotte Riley ( born December 29 1981 in Grindon ) is a British actress.

Biography

Riley attended the private Teesside High School. She then studied from 2000 to 2003 at the University of Durham and worked during which at Durham Revue and in some plays and musicals. The Briton finished college from in the subjects of English and Linguistics. From 2005 to 2007 she attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art

Since 2007, Riley takes over roles in TV productions, series and movies alike. In Easy Virtue (2008) she played Sarah Hurst, in World Without End (2012), a film adaptation of Ken Follett's novel, Caris, the female lead.

Charlotte Riley is engaged to be married since 2010 to actor Tom Hardy, whom she met in 2009. She currently lives in London.
