A Chartered Surveyor ( CS) is a real estate expert. There are Chartered Surveyors who are technically specialized, eg in the field of Building Surveying or construction cost management. Only persons who are members in the RICS ( Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ) may acquire this item.

Qualification and Certification

To qualify Chartered Surveyor, one must first complete an RICS accredited degree and then complete the APC.
