Cheakamus River

The Cheakamus River is a left tributary of the Squamish River in the southwest of the Canadian province of British Columbia.

The Cheakamus River originates at Outlier Peak in Garibaldi Provincial Park. It flows in a northwesterly direction through the Cheakamus Lake. He continues to flow to the northwest, but then turns to the south. The Cheakamus River flows through the Daisy Lake. Then the Rubble Creek, the outflow of Garibaldi Lake, from left opens into the river. He puts his running away to the south and flows north of Squamish in the Squamish River. The Cheakamus River has a length of 75 km. The catchment area covers 1070 km ².
