ChemDraw

ChemDraw is a program for drawing chemical structures and reaction equations. The program was developed by the cheminformatics company CambridgeSoft and after the purchase of the company by PerkinElmer in 2011, further developed by this company. It is with Chem3D and ChemFinder ChemOffice a part of the package. ChemDraw is running under Macintosh and Microsoft Windows.

File Formats

As a native file formats ChemDraw supports the binary CDX- and XML-based CDXML format. ChemDraw can also files in the MOL format, in SDF format and the format of ISIS Draw ( SKC ) export both, as well as import.
