For planning the architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox was responsible. The height of the building is 230 meters (so that the 16- tallest building in the city). Inside, the tower on 50 floors used for office purposes. These are accessible by 23 lifts. Architecturally, the building is characterized by a rectangular base, while some setbacks can be found at the top. In the planning phase of the building, it was planned to build two identical skyscrapers, ie twin towers. Ultimately, however, it was only one completed. The second building could be built remains still. This seems unlikely, however.
