Chilla Porter

Chilla Porter (actually Charles Michael Porter, born January 11, 1936 in Brisbane ) is an Australian former high jumper.

In each case the silver medal he won at the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne with his personal best of 2.10 m and at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff in 1958 and 1962 in Perth. At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960, he left in qualifying.

From 1955 to 1961 he was national champion seven times in a row.
