The Chinese national ice hockey team of the women belonged to the Chinese Hockey Association "Chinese Ice Hockey Association ". It is one of the strongest teams in Asia.

History

The Chinese national ice hockey team first participated in the World Cup 1992, which she finished on the fifth of eight places. After a total of 16 years in the top division, the team went to the World Championship 2009 in Finland on the ninth and last place thus lying in the Division I from. Previously, the country managed to qualify for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, which one could qualify in three of the four options for the Olympic tournament.

In the Winter Asian Games China is one of the best teams and so far has won a medal at every output (2x gold and 2 bronze ). The team in 1995 and 1996 at the IIHF Pacific Women 's Hockey Championship bronze medals Furthermore won.
