China Xinhua Airlines is a Chinese airline based in Beijing.

History

The company was founded in August 1992 and completed its first flight in 1993.

In June 2001, the airline was incorporated as a subsidiary in the HNA Group and summarized from 2007 with other airlines in the Grand China Air. This merger, however, was still not completed as at July 2013 in full - although China Xinhua Airlines flies in the branding of their sister companies, however, still under his own name.
