Chlodulf of Metz

Chlodulf also Flodulf, Glodulf, Childulf († June 8 696 or 697 in Metz) was on May 19, 656 until his death, Bishop of Metz. The feast of the saint is celebrated on June 8.

Chlodulf was a son of Arnulf and married before his ordination, with an unknown woman. He had a son named Aunulf. He was closely connected to his sister Gertrude of Nivelles. He was buried in the Cathedral of St. Arnulf of Metz.
