Chorrera culture

The Chorrera culture is a pre-Columbian archaeological culture (about 1800 BC to 300 BC) in the lower reaches of Guayas in Ecuador.

This culture exerted an important influence on a large part of Ecuador to the Amazon region. Their existence based on agriculture and gathering shellfish (eg oysters sting ).
