Chris Jackson (New Zealand footballer)

Chris Jackson ( born July 18, 1970 in Napier ) is a New Zealand soccer player who plays for FC Dandaloo to 2003 and was active for the New Zealand national team.

Career

From 1986 to 1995 Jackson played in Napier Rovers from his hometown. During this time he was voted the best young player and twice as the best player in New Zealand. Over several stations he came in 1999 to the Football Kingz, where he played until 2004 and thereby denied 99 games. In 2005 he moved to Waitakere United and played there until 2007. During the summer of that year he signed a contract with FC Dandaloo.

With the national team of his country Jackson won the 1998 and the 2002 OFC Nations Cup in the final against Australia. Overall, he played 60 international matches for New Zealand, scoring ten goals.
