Christa Deanne Harm Otto ( born October 12, 1986 in Sewickley ) is an American volleyball player. She won the 2012 Olympic silver medal.

Career

Harm Otto began her athletic career at the Hopewell High School in Aliquippa at Pittsburgh. There she played volleyball initially alongside basketball. During her studies at Pennsylvania State University, she played from 2005 to 2008 in the volleyball team at the University. With the U.S. Junior middle blocker who won the 2004 NORCECA Championship. The following year she took part in the U- 20 World Cup. In April 2009, Otto Harm made ​​his debut in a friendly against Egypt in the senior team. She took part in the same year at the Grand Prix.
