Christel Schaldemose
Christel Schaldemose (* August 4, 1967 in Odense) is a Danish politician ( Social Democrats ).
Schaldemose studied history and worked as a historian. 1985-89 she served on the board of the Social Democratic Youth League ( Danmarks Socialdemokratiske Ungdom ). In 2006, she moved to Henrik Dam Kristensen after the European Parliament. In 2009, she successfully ran for a separate mandate.

Schaldenmose is 2009-2013 Member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and the Delegation for relations with Japan in the period.
As a deputy she is in the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development and the Delegation for relations with the United States.
