Christian Alvart
Christian Alvart ( born May 28, 1974 in Jugenheim, Hesse ) is a German film director and screenwriter.
Life
Prior to his work in the film business Christian Alvart held various positions, most recently worked as chief editor, the film magazine X -TRO. In 1999 he made his debut as a film director with the thriller Curiosity & the Cat, which he also wrote the screenplay. Another thriller directed Alvart 2005 antibody. In 2009, Case 39 in the U.S. theaters, the Alvarts 's first Hollywood production and in the Renée Zellweger plays the main role. The film opened in German cinemas on 11 March 2010 under the title case 39 Also in 2009 came Alvarts sci-fi thriller Pandorum in theaters.
For several years Alvart working on the screenplay for his film Killer Queen, which was originally announced for the year 2006.
In March 2010 it was announced that Christian Alvart has secured the film rights to Captain Future, and is working on a real film in 3D.
