Christina Plate
Christina Plate (born 21 April 1965, Berlin ) is a German actress.
Career
Christina Plate began as a six- year-old with advertising shots for children's clothing and joined together with her mother in commercials. After her screen debut as an eleven year old in the ZDF television series " Children, children," she played among others at the side of Thomas Ohrner in Manni, the Libero and worked as a voice actor. After completing school, she initially trained as a gymnastics teacher, which she completed in 1985 with the state exam.
Her breakthrough as an actress succeeded Plate 1987 Bülowbogen in the television series practice; In 1988 she was awarded the Bambi. After she collapsed on the set in 1989, she underwent therapy for anorexia nervosa. Plate is still seen in many television films and series, such as in family Dr. Kleist. Private life
In 2005 she separated from her second husband, the costume designer Klaus Bergmann, the father of her daughter born in 2000. Since the summer of 2007, she is in a relationship with the presenter Oliver goats and since September 2009 married to him. The couple has a son (* October 2008).
