Chrisye

Chrisye, full name Haji Chrismansyah Rahadi ( born September 16, 1949 in Jakarta, † 30 March 2007 in Jakarta ) was an Indonesian pop musician, singer and composer.

Career

Chrisye was one of the most famous Indonesian musician and began his career in the 1970s. Among his albums "Decade " and his last work " Senyawa ". To date, he has released 28 albums.

On Friday, 30 March 2007, he died after years of struggle with lung cancer.
