Çilimli is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Düzce. The village is located about 10 kilometers northwest of the provincial capital of Düzce.

The district is located in the center of the province. It is bordered on the southwest by Gümüşova, on the west by Cumayeri, on the north by Akçakoca and east to the central district. In the south the highway D-100 of Edirne via Istanbul to Erzurum and touches to the Iranian border the county. To the north is an offshoot of Akçakoca Dağları, in the south the level Düzce Ovasi.
