Civic Solidarity Party

The Civil Solidarity Party ( Azerbaijani Vətəndaş Həmrəyliyi Partiyası ) is a political party in Azerbaijan.

Their ideology is the Nationalkonservativismus, the party oriented, however, officially known as the center-right. The party leader is Sabir Rüstəmxanlı, the headquarters of the party is located in Baku.

It was founded on 26 September 1992. At the first election, in which participated the Civil Solidarity Party, it received 1.4% of the vote. While there is currently still represents a small party, their popularity is growing, as demonstrated by the latest polls.

In the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan in 2010, the party won 3 of the 125 seats in the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which she now represents the second strongest legal opposition party.
