Claire Rushbrook
Claire Rushbrook (born 1970 in Hertfordshire, England) is a British actress.
Life and achievements
Rushbrook studied drama at the Rose Bruford College. She made her debut in an episode of the TV series Casualty in 1994. In the film drama Secrets and Lies (1996 ) by Mike Leigh, she played opposite Timothy Spall and Brenda Blethyn one of the major roles. In the short film Crocodile Snap ( 1997) by Joe Wright, she played a woman who tries to leave her abusive husband. The film was nominated in 1998 for Best Short Film for the BAFTA Award. In the film drama Under the Skin (1997) Rushbrook and Samantha Morton played two sisters who suffer the death of those mother ( Rita Tushingham ).
