Claire Williams (motorsport)

Claire Williams ( born July 21, 1976 in Windsor, England) is the deputy team manager of the Formula 1 team Williams. She is the daughter of team principal Frank Williams.

Career

Williams made 1999 a degree in Politics at Newcastle University and took over a year later, the job of the press spokeswoman for the Silverstone Circuit. In 2002, she joined the team of her father and began her career in the communications department, whose head they ascended in 2010. After Williams' IPO in 2011, Claire took on the additional role of Head of Investor Relations. On April 1, 2012 Williams rose to become head of the Marketing and Communications Department and joined the Executive Board of the racing team. On March 27, 2013 Claire Williams was introduced as the new deputy team manager. Gravity -like she cares about the currently within budget.
