Claude Gay
Claude Gay (Spanish Claudio Gay, born March 18, 1800 Draguignan, † November 29, 1873 in Flayosc in the French department Var) was a French botanist and traveler. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " Gay ".
His main work is the Historia física y política de Chile (1844-1871); it is included as part of botanical plant the Botánica ( 1845-1854 ).
