Clearblue

Clearblue is a trade name of the SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH, sold under the pregnancy tests and ovulation tests. After the launch in 1985 in the UK the brand is now available in 47 countries.

History

Unilever took a pregnancy test first time in 1985 with the brand name Clearblue on the market. It was the first rapid test for home use in the world, which a result was obtained within 30 minutes, without having to wait for a doctor's appointment.
