Clemens Iten

Clement Iten ( born February 24, 1858 in Zurich; † January 16, 1932 in train, catholic, hometown entitled in Unterägeri ) was a Swiss politician ( FDP).

Life

Clement Iten came on February 24, 1858 son of the farmer and councilor, Johann Jacob and Maria Anna, born Iten to the world. He was a grandson of the politician Clement maternal Iten. After attending schools in train and Zurich, he took a law degree at the University of Zurich, Leipzig and Vienna, from which he graduated in Zurich in 1881 with a doctorate. As a result, he was from 1882 as an attorney in Unterägeri, later in train, works.

Policy

From 1886 to 1910 belonged to the Cantonal Iten at which he presided 1895/1896 as president, at. As leader of the liberal minority, for he 1896 the only train seat National conquered, he was there until 1911, of which 1902 represented as president.
