Colin Wilson (comics)

Colin Wilson (born 31 October 1949 in Christchurch ) is a New Zealand cartoonist.

Life

In New Zealand, Wilson worked as a draftsman and photographer, before he moved to London in 1980 and recorded there for the comic magazine 2000 AD on the series Judge Dredd and Rogue Trooper. For the French publisher Glénat he made as an illustrator and writer, the three - volume series Dans l' ombre du soleil ( German: In the Shadow of the Sun) on. Finally, Jean -Michel Charlier became aware of him when he was looking for an illustrator for the youth adventures of Lieutenant Blueberry. Six albums are created.

Appeared in 2002 with Point Blank a 5-part book series for the American market, along with lyricist Ed Brubaker.

Since 2007, Wilson is also responsible for the Star Wars comic series, including the series Star Wars: Invasion.
