Collombey is a municipality in the district of Monthey in the French speaking part of the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Here is one of the two Swiss refineries refinery Collombey.

In Collombey is an old quarry, was recovered in the significant amounts of a predominantly violet gray limestone. This stone was for church rooms and other upscale interiors in the cantons of Vaud and Valais under the name Marbre de Collombey use. Today the quarry is a municipal Erdstoffdeponie.
