The Osservatorio Astronomico di Teramo Collurania - "V. Cerulli " ( OACT, also known as Collurania - Teramo Observatory or Collurania Observatory, Teramo) is an observatory of the Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica in Teramo, Italy. It was founded by Vincenzo Cerulli, in whose honor it is named.

The observatory has a reflecting telescope with a 76 cm diameter and in the branch office on Campo Imperatore on one with a 108 cm.
