The Conemaugh River is a tributary of the Kiskiminetas River to the west of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania in the United States. The river is formed near Johnstown from the confluence of the Little Conemaugh River and Stonycreek River in the southwest of Cambria County.

Located northwest of Blairsville pushes the Blacklick Creek itself. In Saltsburg additionally meets the Loyalhanna Creek to Conemaugh River to, from which the Kiskiminetas River arises here.
