The airline Congo Express ( IATA: XY, ICAO EXY ) was a Congolese airline based in Lubumbashi. It was founded as a subsidiary of the South African regional airline South African Express (49 % share) and the Congolese investment company Bizafrika Congo on 1 February 2010.
