Congregation of Marian Fathers

The Clerics Regular of Mary of the Immaculate Conception, short Marians ( Frati Gaudenti ), are a Roman Catholic religious order. The religious symbol MIC is derived from the Latin name Congregation Clericorum Marianorum sub titolo Immaculatae Conceptionis Beatissimae Virginia Mariae.

The Congregation of Clerks Regular of Mary of the Immaculate Conception (MIC ) was founded in 1673 by the Polish Stanislaus Papczynski and is now active in many countries around the world. The members of the Congregation of Marians are ready to serve the Church through various stations to meet the needs of the time, in their own words. Since 2011 Andrzej Pakuła is the Superior General of the Order.

In the Upper Bavarian Shrine of the Sorrowful Mother of God in Vilgertshofen ( Landkreis Landsberg am Lech) Marians of the Immaculate maintained a branch office.

The Marians are not to be confused with the Marianists and Marists.
