Conle

Connla [' koNla ], also Conle, in Celtic mythology of Ireland is a son of King Conn Cétchathach.

Connla is the main character of the story Echtrae Chonnlai from the Historical Cycle. He falls in love with a fairy and follows her against the will of his father Conn in the Otherworld. His brother is kind of the father of the famous King Cormac mac Airt.

Connla should not be confused with the eponymous mythical figure Connla from the Ulster Cycle, the son of Cú Chulainn and Aoifes.
