The Tri-color bindweed (Convolvulus tricolor ) is a plant from the family of wind plants ( Convolvulaceae ).

Description

The Tri-color glory is an annual plant that reaches the plant height of 15 to 50 centimeters. The crown is 15 to 40 millimeters long and blue, its center is yellow and white.

The flowering period extends from June to September.

Occurrence

The Tricolour winds occurs in open, dry sites in the Mediterranean.

Use

The Tricolour winds scattered used as an ornamental plant for summer discounts. It is in culture since 1629. There are some varieties with white, violet, pink and dark blue crown.
