Copa de la Reina de Fútbol

The Copa de Su Majestad la Reina, better known as the Copa de la Reina (Spanish: "Queens Cup ", in honor of Sophia of Greece ), the football cup competition for Spanish women's football club teams. The competition is organized annually by the RFEF and after winning the championship in the Primera División Femenina of the most important titles in the national women's association football.

History

In 1981 and 1982, a competition for the Copa Reina Sofia was played, which was won in both years of Karbo Deportivo. 1983 the competition took place for the first time as the Copa de la Reina.
