The airport Cox's Bazar is the national airport of Cox 's Bazar in Bangladesh.
Location and Directions
The airport is located about two kilometers west of the city of Cox 's Bazar.
History
The airport was, as well as some other airports in Bangladesh, built during the Second World War.

Planning
In the future, the airport for the fourth international airport in Bangladesh is to be expanded. This also involves the extension of the single take-off and landing runway to 3000 meters, on the other hand, the expansion of parking areas for large aircraft. In addition, the establishment of more modern navigation devices, such as an instrument landing system (ILS ), planned.
