Craghoppers Ltd.. is an outdoor clothing brand from the UK with a worldwide distribution.

History

According to company homepage planned a group of young people in West Yorkshire to climb into the 60s Mount Everest and needed for waterproof jackets, pants, high-performance tops and warm documents to these extreme conditions to survive. This group researched and developed materials that would protect them from the extreme cold. After successful ascent Craghoppers was founded and since then provides specially designed outdoor clothing manufactures.

Products

The company manufactures since 1965 trousers, outerwear and shoes manufactures for use in the great outdoors. These include specially Nosquito (clothing with insect repellent for 39 washes the last), Breathable fabrics, solar dry substances provide the UV protection and easy-care fabrics for the trip, which require no ironing.

Since 2011, the company cooperates with the British adventurer Bear Grylls. With its help, a clothing line was developed which is based on his experience. This line is sold under BG.
