Craig Blomberg

Craig L. Blomberg ( born August 3, 1955) is an evangelical theologian. Since 1986 as a professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary Baptist in Denver, Colorado operates and holds the title of Distinguished Professor

Career

Craig Blomerg studied at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield (Illinois ) and at Augustana College, where he graduated summa cum laude in religion, mathematics, education, and Spanish. He then earned his doctorate at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland ) about the scriptures and parables of Luke.

During a one-year research fellowship at Cambridge, he wrote The historical reliability of the Gospels.

Blomberg belongs to the conservative evangelical tradition continues in his work but with many areas of contemporary theology apart and has been known to challenge the evangelical status quo.
