Craig Cannonier

Craig Cannonier (* Saint David's, St. George 's Parish ) is a British or bermudischer politician, member of the local House of Assembly, "Justice of the Peace ", as well as acting Prime Minister of the British overseas territory, Bermuda. He is also chairman of the One Bermuda Alliance ( OBA ).

Life

Cannonier was born on Saint David's Iceland in Saint George's Parish, Bermuda and grew up there. He attended St Georges Preparatory school and later the Bermuda Institute. A study in industrial psychology at the U.S. Towson State University in 1986 he received the degree of "Bachelor of Science" from. After graduating, he worked in various areas of retail management. He worked for the Marketplace Group and took over responsibilities in human resources, training and purchasing. Later he worked for the People 's Pharmacy as chief executive. In addition, he was employed by Cable & Wireless as a relation manager. On December 18, 2012 Cannonier was sworn in as Premier of Bermuda, after the One Bermuda Alliance, which he is chairman since 10 November 2011, won the elections preceded in itself. Today Cannonier has worked alongside his political activities as operator of several Esso stores.

Private

Craig Cannonier is married to Antoinette Cannonier and has five children with her. Both are members of Marsden First United Methodist Church.
