Craig Harrison (writer)
Craig Harrison ( born 1942 in Leeds, England) is a New Zealand writer who became famous through the novel Quiet Earth. The novel was published in 1981 and was founded in 1985 under the same title cinematically adapted ( Quiet Earth - The last experiment).
Harrison came to New Zealand in 1966 and was a teacher at Massey University, where he taught courses in art history and film studies. He has written several novels, plays and comedies.
