Cristiana of Capua

Christiane of Capua was Queen of Hungary.

Christiane of Capua was the daughter of Robert I. (*, ? † 1120), count of Aversa and prince of Capua, was born.

In 1105 she married the Hungarian King Stephen II of the House of Árpád, who was crowned in the same year as King of Hungary.

The marriage remained childless, and Stephan divorced before 1121 of Queen Christiane to marry Adelheid von Ried castle. However, his second marriage was childless and was succeeded by his cousin Stephen Béla II
