The Crna reka [ ʦr̩na rɛka ] ( Macedonian Црна Река; short even Crna, German: " Black River ") is a tributary of the Vardar in Macedonia, which drains into the Aegean Sea.

The river is a right tributary of the Vardar. Its length is 207 kilometers. It rises near the village Želesnec at a height of 760 meters. Near the village Vozarci the Crna flows into the Vardar.

Tributaries of the Crna are Dragor that Jelaska reka, Belasica and Blato.

The alluvial - Crna Crna in the swamps east of Bitola was up to its fluid drainage in 1959 an important wetland and breeding area for hundreds of Dalmatian pelicans, pink pelicans and other water birds.
