Crossfaith

Crossfaith (Japaneseクロス フェイス, Kurosufeisu ) is a trance -core band from Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The group consists of the musicians Kenta koie (voice), Kazuki Takemura (guitar), Hiroki Ikegawa (bass guitar), Tatsuya " Tatsu " Amano (drums) and Terufumi " Teru " Tamano (keyboards, synthesizers ). According to statements of the members of the band formed in November 2006.

Band History

2008 nor released their first EP Blueprint of Reconstruction, then on their own. On 29 April 2009 followed by the first album, The Artificial Theory for the Dramatic Beauty, which was a mixture of Japanese Screamo and Metalcore. For recording and distribution Zestone Records was responsible. This was followed by an extensive tour of Japan, while the band at numerous festivals, including the biggest Japanese metal festival Loud Park played. 2010 appeared The Artificial Theory for the Dramatic Beauty in Europe, where it was distributed by Gan -Shin Records. During this time the band started to write new songs, and they were supported by Andrew Wade, known as a producer of A Day to Remember.

In April 2011, followed by the second album, The Dream, The Space, the retransmitted Zestone was marketed (in Japan ) and worldwide via Tragic Hero Records. After the release the band went on tour again, where they performed, among others, Funeral For A Friend and at the Summer Sonic Festival, the biggest rock festival in Japan, playing in front of more than 10,000 visitors. Also in 2011 appeared on a compilation BM Records, on which the group is represented by the song Promise. Due to the big success in Japan, the band decided to play outside the country's borders. It was followed by a tour of the USA and more in Asia: How about with Parkway Drive through China and with Alesana through the southeast of Asia.

2012 they were again on a compilation, this time represented about Zestone Records with the song monolith. A few months later they released their second EP Zion. In the same year, the band visited the UK, where they played a 16-day tour along with Of Mice And Men for the first time. Then again was followed by a tour of Asia. On August 10, 2012, the EP Zion via Halfcut Records was released, it was followed by a tour of Australia and Europe.
