Csongrád
Csongrád [ tʃoŋɡra ː d] is a city in Hungary Csongrád with 17 147 inhabitants ( 2011). It is located on the right bank of the Tisza (Hungarian: Tisza ), about 27 km east of Kiskunfélegyháza.
Attractions
Csongrád is a very " green" city: almost every street is an avenue with some very old and tall trees. In Tari László Muzeum an exhibition can be visited on the life and work of the lowland farmers. There is an Art Nouveau school.
Csongrád has a year-round thermal spa, a recreation area in the Körös - mouth and an old arm of the Tisza river, ideal for fishing.
