Cuaro is a village in the north of Uruguay.

Geography

It is in the area of the department of Artigas in its sector 2 south-east of Paso Farías and southwest of Javier de Viana and the capital of the department of Artigas. In a southeasterly direction to Campamento Paso is located. About four kilometers south flows the Arroyo Grande cuaro whose tributary Arroyo Chico cuaro north of the village under crossed by this leading railway line.

Infrastructure

By cuaro is a railway line over the the place is connected to the department capital.

Population

Cuaro has 113 inhabitants, of whom 55 men and 58 women (as of 2011).
