Culinary Institute of America

The Culinary Institute of America, CIA short, is a school for restaurants in New York, USA. It was founded in 1946 and is one of the most prestigious culinary schools around the world. History

The school was founded under the name " New Haven Restaurant Institute" with 50 students and three teachers.
