Dächingen is a subsite of the major district town Ehingen in Alb- Donau-Kreis in Baden- Württemberg. The village was incorporated into Ehingen on 1 December 1973. Mayor is currently (2010) Alfons Köhler.

History

At the beginning of the 12th century is the place name " Dächingen " to find the first time in the Zwiefalter Chronicle. From the year 1263 to the year 1271 has a Berthold of Dächingen.
