Daciana Sârbu

Daciana Octavia Sârbu ( born January 15, 1977 in Arad, Romania) is a Romanian politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Social Democrat Partidul. In the wake of Romania's accession to the European Union it belongs since 1 January 2007, the European Parliament, where it is a member of the Socialist Group in the European Parliament.

Sarbus father is the repeated Minister Ilie Sârbu, she is married to the Romanian politician Victor Ponta.
