Daddy Cool (Band)

Daddy Cool was an Australian rock band from the 1970s, which was founded in Melbourne. She was the most successful band of their country, is recognized today as a legend, who dedicated the Australian Post a postage stamp.

The founding members were Wayne Duncan (vocals and bass), Ross Hannaford ( guitar, bass, vocals), Ross Wilson ( vocals, guitar, harmonica) and Gary Young ( drums, vocals ).

Daddy Cool brought 1971-1973 three albums out, broke up after that, but came back together in 1974 for a year, as in 1995 and 2005. Their biggest hit was Eagle Rock. The single was 1971 for ten weeks to lead the Australian charts.
