Southern flank of the Jinfo Shan
The Dalou Mountains (Chinese大 娄 山/大 娄 山) is a limestone mountain range with peaks around 2,000 m in the southwest of the People 's Republic of China. It runs 300 kilometers from North to South and extending over areas of Guizhou, Chongqing and Sichuan. The Jinfo Shan (金 佛山) with 2251 m in Nanchuan (Chongqing) is located its highest peak. It forms the watershed between the rivers Wu Jiang and Chihui He (赤水 河).
