Dan Kotowski

Dan Kotowski ( born March 24, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois ) is an American politician (Democratic Party) and member of the Senate from Illinois.

Life

Kotowski and his wife Anne live with their two sons in Park Ridge. Prior to his political career Kotowski studied English and Communication Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and DePaul University (Master of Arts). Between 1993 and 1999, Kotowski was also head of the Council against Handgun Violence of the State of Illinois. Since 2007 he is a member of the Illinois Senate.
